“What are those established Ath-Kaar ( remembrances ) that are said after the prayers (i.e. the obligatory prayers).

📩الجــــواب:
🌷التكبير لحديث بن عباس رضي الله عنه في الصحيحين ” كُنَّا نَعْرِفُ انْقِضَاءَ صَلَاةِ رَسولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ بالتَّكْبِيرِ “.

Reply of our Shaik, Abdul Hameed,
(Firstly, ) saying Allahu Akbaar ( Allah is the greatest), based upon the hadeeth of Ibn Abbaas may Allah be pleased with him collected by Bukhaaree and Muslim
“We used know that the Prayer of the Messenger of Allah was finished by the Takbeer ( i.e. The saying Allah is the Greatest).
🌷الاستغفار كما في حديث ثوبان رضي الله عنه في مسلم ” أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ، تَبَارَكْتَ ذَا الجَلَالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ”.
(Also) the Shaik added,
Seeking forgiveness as it comes in the hadeeth of Thawbaan may Allah be pleased with him, collected by Imaam Muslim
” I seek forgiveness of Allah, i seek forgiveness of Allah, i seek forgiveness of Allah (three times) Oh Allah you are As-Salaam ( i.e. Peace , the bestower of Peace), from you comes peace, You are blessed , the possessor of Nobility and Honor.”
🌷التهليل كما حديث المغيرة رضي الله عنه في الصحيح ” لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ، اللَّهُمَّ لا مَانِعَ لِما أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِما مَنَعْتَ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الجَدِّ مِنْكَ الجَدُّ “.
(Also) Our Shaik adds,
At-Tahleel (Saying There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah).
As it comes in the hadeeth of Al-Mugheerah May Allah be pleased with him,
“There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having any partners. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs All Praise and He is over all things All Able. Oh Allah, there is none that can prevent that which You give and there is none that can give that which You prevent and the wealth, riches and property will not protect the one who owns such things from You (i.e. against Allah’s punishment).”
🌷التهليل كما في حديث عبدالله بن الزبير رضي الله عنه في صحيح مسلم ” لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إلَّا باللَّهِ، لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ، وَلَا نَعْبُدُ إلَّا إيَّاهُ، له النِّعْمَةُ وَلَهُ الفَضْلُ، وَلَهُ الثَّنَاءُ الحَسَنُ، لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ مُخْلِصِينَ له الدِّينَ ولو كَرِهَ الكَافِرُونَ “.
He further adds,
“At-Tahleel (Saying there is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah), as it comes in the hadeeth of Abdullah ibn Zubair , May Allah be pleased with him collected by Imaam Muslim
“None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having partners ,to Him belongs the Dominion and to Him belongs All Praise. And He is over all things All Able. There is no strength nor might except with Allah, There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah. We do not worship (anyone nor anything) besides Him (i.e. Allah). To Him belongs Blessing and to Him belongs Bounty, And to Him is Good Rendering / and Praise. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, making

the religion exclusively , solely for Allah even though the disbelievers hate it.”

🌷ثم التسبيح ثلاثاً وثلاثين والتحميد ثلاثاً وثلاثين والتكبير ثلاثاً وثلاثين ثم يقول تَمامَ المِئَةِ: لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وله الحَمْدُ وهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ لحديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه في مسلم وجاء غير ذلك.
Our Shaik further adds,
Then the saying, ‘ Subhaanaa Allah’ ( Glorified is Allah) 33 times saying, ‘Al-Hamdulillah ‘ ( All Praise belongs to Allah) 33 times and the saying, ‘ Allahu Akbar’ ( Allah is the greatest ) then to say completing 100 , ‘None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having any partners. To Him belongs the Dominion and to Him belongs All Praise and He is over all things All Able.”
As it comes in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah May Allah be pleased with him ,collected by Imaam Muslim.

And there are other Ath-kaar besides these.

🔹Reasons for the weakness of Muslims in adhering to the upright Salafī methodology🔹

Summarised from the book, ‘The Wonderful Research On The Causes, Solutions And Dangers of At-Tamyī’ by Shaykh Abū Muhammad ‘Abdul Hamīd Az-Zu’karī -may Allāh grant him success-

1. Lack of sincerety.

2. Lack of understanding.

3. Being biased.

4. Lack of concern in knowing/understanding the truth.

5. Lack of Da’wah.

6. Ignorance.

7. Evil motives.

8. Eagerness for the Dunyā.

9. Plotting against the Deen and the Da’wah.

10. Personal interests.

11. Lack of sincere tawbah.

12. Glorifying men in an unlegislated manner.

13. Sitting with the people of tamyī’ as well as the people of desires.

14. Blind following.

15. Corrupt misinterpretations.

16. Misconceptions.

17. Not being content with the Salafī methodology and the clarity and purity it comes with.

18. Great concern to draw in and increase the numbers (no matter what).

19. Using ‘confronting the enemies of Islām’ as an excuse.

20. Extreme concern in appeasing the creation (even if it goes against the creator).

21. Broadening the means of da’wah even though this affair is tawqeefiyyah (restricted to the texts).

22. Over-enthusiasm in seeking to guide those who have gone astray.

23. Desiring what is in the hands of the people [of dunyā].

24. Cowardice and fear.

25. Fake/false piety.

26. Deception.

27. Having little jealousy for the true religion of Allāh.

28. Weakness in the affair of walā wal barā (allegiance and disallegiance).

29. Weakness in Īmān.

30. Seeking the most tolerable solution (as opposed to looking to the solutions given in the Sharī’ah)

31. Seeking to draw closer to those who have gone astray.

32. Undervaluing (the Salafī da’wah).

33. Weakness in the affair of commanding good and forbidding evil.

34. Not implementing knowledge.

35. Flattery.

36. Utilising the people of Sunnah and their scholars who profess the truth to fulfill personal agendas.

37. Confusion and disorientation.

38. Descending upon the partisans and the innovators.

39. Their claim that they want to begin with the most important matter first before moving on to matters of lesser importance.

40. They call to showing mercy, affection and having a clean heart towards Muslims (no matter what).

41. Pretending to aid the Sunnah.

42. Bootlicking.

43. Absence of clarity.

44. Using knowledge as a means of seeking livelihood.

45. Misinterpretating the truth.

46. Carelessness & negligence.

47. Not taking the advice of the firm and distinguished scholars.

48. Discrediting the understanding of the scholars.

49. Following desires and lack of devotion in adhering to the evidences.

50. The nature of a person.

51. Doubting the truth he is upon.

53. Lack of patience upon steadfastness.

53. Being ignorant of the people of falsehood and their false beliefs.

54. Mis-conceptualising falsehood.

55. Promotion of falsehood from a highly regarded scholar.

56. The people of falsehood ascribing themselves to a well-respected figure.

57. Negligence of the people of truth in warning against Tamyī’ as well as other forms of falsehood.

58. The belief of the deviant mumayyi’ that he is upon the truth.

59. Arrogance.

60. self amazement.

61. Envy.

62. Being negligent in seeking the truth and accepting it.

63. Believing that the truth is unclear and confusing.

64. The callers to the truth not being fluent/eloquent in their call.

65. Blameworthy disputes and argument, and love of fame and dominance.

66. Bigotry to one’s forefathers, grandfathers, brothers and friends.

67. Political and sociological factors.

68. Persistence in clinging to mistakes and lack of retraction after realising the truth.

69. Flattery and bootlicking with those who are close and those not so close.

70. Spread of refutations from the blind followers of the madh-habs as well as the partisans of those principles which go against their desires and their wrong practices.

71. Not referring differences back to the methodology of the Salaf

72. Confusing between someone’s opinion and what is actually a part of the religion.

73. Following the mistakes of the scholars.

74. Exploiting the silence of the scholars.

75. Adopting the principles of the people of innovation.

76. Corrupt analogy.

77. Following ambiguous evidences without reconciling between them.

78. Negligence in asking Allāh ﷻ for guidance.

79. Extremism.

80. How people interact with the truth.

81. Being content with having little knowledge.

82. Delving into Rhetoric & philosophy.

83. Accepting some of the truth and leaving off some.

84. Learning and taking knowledge from unreliable sources; books or scholars.

85. Societal factors & personal upbringing.

86. Referring matters to other than their rightful people.

87. Taking beneficial knowledge from the Aṣāghir [the innovators / those not firmly rooted in knowledge].

88. Pre-Islamic fanaticsm (racism, tribalism, etc)

89. Laxness in cultivating the youngsters.

90. Giving precedence to the intellect over the revelation.

91. Acting by the apparent meanings of the texts without referring them back to the explanations given by the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ and his companions.

92. Following assumptions.

93. The innovator’s use of deceptive ploys / loopholes.

94. Dividing the religion into an outer and inner core, or principles and subsidiaries.

95. Following strange statements/ views.

96. The innovator’s concern on secondary matters as opposed to primary matters.

97. Turning away from the Qur’ān and the Sunnah by not learning and acting by them.

98. Poverty.

99. The presence of many innovators within Islām.

100. Inclining towards the misguided ones on the pretext that their intentions are good.

101. Lethargy.

102. Sins and disobedience.

103. Listening to one’s own evil thoughts.

104. Listening to the whispers of the devil.

105. The person himself being unsuited to following the Sunnah.

106. Lying.

107. Weak determination.

108. Not refutating those who oppose the truth.

109. Charity organizations.

110. Multitude of groups & sects.

111. Not looking to the aftermath.

112. Not answering Allāh ﷻ and His Messenger ﷺ’s call immediately.

113. The people of innovation engaging in their innovations publicly.

114. Secrecy.

115. Advocating tamyī’ by destroying the principles of disparagment which the Salaf were upon; such as:

a. Their saying: we correct without disparaging, or: we correct without destroying.

b. We mustn’t allow our differing over others lead to a differing amongst ourselves.

c. Their saying: boycotting the innovators varies depending on time, and we must assess the benefits before boycotting the innovators.

d. From their false principles is, rejecting the report of trustworthy individuals and casting doubts regarding them.

e. Cancelling out the manhaj of testing the people.

f. From their principles: We do not accept a disparagment unless everyone is in agreement.

g. From their principles is, rejecting detailed disparagment.

h. Their saying: disparagement between compatriots must be ignored and not reported.

i. Blindfollowing in the affair of disparagment and appraisals (Al-jarḥ wa At-ta’dīl)

j. Promoting the issue of Muwāzahah by mentioning good together with the evils of an individual.

116. Not returning affairs back to the well established scholars.

117. Estrangement of the people of Sunnah.

118. Paying no attention to errors in Manhaj if the ‘Aqīdah is sound.

119. Being sentimental.

120. Imitating the idolators.

121. Partiality of the students of knowledge and callers.

122. Presence of Spies.

123. Disillusioned scholars degrading the upright, devoted scholars.

124. Attending free-mixed universities and schools run by innovators as well as language Institutes.

125. Relying on weak or fabricated ḥadīth.

126. Taking up authorship although unskilled to do so.

127. People of falsehood defaming the sunnī scholars and attacking its callers whilst acclaiming the scholars of innovation.

128. The callers of tamayī’ pretending to be people of knowledge and understanding.

129. Being deceived with titles as opposed to looking to the reality of those behind those titles.

130. The fundamental principles which the people of tamayī hold firmly onto, and which leads them to tamyī’:

a. Going overboard in the principle of “hardship necessitates ease.”

b. Going overboard in the principle of “warding off harm takes precedence over bringing about good”.

c. Going overboard in the criterion of compulsion.

d. Going overboard in the principle of “necessity”.

e. Their saying: There is no critisim in the affairs of ijtihād.

f. Matters are judged according to their objectives.

g. Their disregard for the principle of “blocking off all that may lead to sin”

h. Harm must be eliminated.

i. The principle: The ends justify the means

j. Applying discretion in legal matters.

k. Unspecified public interests.

l. Their statement: every mujtahid is correct in his deduction.

m. Their saying: we reject what opposes the accepted principles.

n. Giving precedence to corrupt opinions over the evidences.

o. Their tamyī’ in referring incorrect/general statement’s of infallible individuals back to their correct statements on the same topic – (Haml al-mujmal ‘ala Al-mufassal)

p. Their saying that, Āhād(4) reports are insufficient in establishing a matter.

q. Their statement: we are men and they [the sahābah] are men.

r. Their statement: customs prevail over every other rule.

131. Some of the “watered down” Modern terminologies:

a. New world order.

b. Their claim that, “Religion is the opium of the people.”

c. Their call to Universal Liberty.

d. Their call to enlightenment and education.

e. Their call to religious tolerance.

f. Their call to the evolvement & progression of the religion.

g. Their call to (adapting the religion to match) contemporary trends.

h. Their saying, modernisation of religious rhetoric.

i. Their saying, respecting and honoring all religions.

j. Their statement that: Some (Islamic) rulings need to be revised.

k. Their saying, religious liberty.

l. Their reference to Christianity and Judaism as being heavenly / divine religions.

m. Their call to (social) normalisation.

n. Their saying that: the religion is for Allāh, but the country is for all.

o. Their claim that, religion is a cause for sectarianism.

p. Their call to implementing the “soul & spirit” of Islām.

q. Their call to a “moderate” form of Islām.

s. Promoting freemasonry.

t. Promoting humanitarianism.

🔹Brief biography of Shaykh ‘Abdul-Hamīd Ibn Yahyā Al-Zoukorī (may Allāh preserve him)

Name:

He is Abu Muhammad, ‘Abdulhamīd ibn Yahyā ibn Zayd Al-Hajūrī Al-Zoukorī.

Birth:

He was born in the land of Hajūr, in the province of Hajjah, in the village of az-Za’ākirah on the first day of Ramadhān, the year 1392 AH.

Upbringing and studies:

He was brought up in the land he was born and he started his studies in the Madrasahs of his village up until he finished his basic education and then he completed his secondary education in Hudaydah. After that he completed his university education and his specialization was in the field of geography and chemistry.

His pursuit of Islamic knowledge:

Then he travelled to Dārul Hadīth Dammāj in the last part of the month of Jumādā Al-Ākhirah in the year 1418 AH to seek knowledge, and he has been there up until the students were expelled by the Hūthī, Rāfidhah.

He studied at the hands of Imām Al-‘Alāmah Muqbil ibn Hādī Al-Wādi’ī (may Allāh have mercy on him) for some time up until when Imām Muqbil (may Allāh have mercy on him) left Yemen for medication.

His Da’wah:

he has lectured in most of the provinces of Yemen, and outside Yemen he has travelled to Tanzania (twice), Trinidad and Tobago, Egypt (twice), Algeria, Sri Lanka, Maldives and some other places.

He also has ongoing lectures and knowledge based classes with many countries around the world online or by way of the phone, and similarly he receives many questions which are sent to him over the phone or by way of his site on the Internet. He is now currently teaching in Masjid As-Sahābah, in the city of Ghydha, Mahara.

Praises of the scholars for the Shaykh:

Al-Imām, Shaykh Muqbil praised Ash-Shaykh AbdulHamīd and mentioned him among his students who have memorized the Qur’ān (in his time), as mentioned in the book “Tarjama Abī Abdirrahmān Muqbil” 178, Dārul Āthār”

Likewise, ‘Allāmah, Shaykh Ahmad Najmī, may Allāh have mercy upon him, praised Shaykh Abdulhamīd and gave a preface to one of his books in which he (Shaykh Najmi) wrote:

“What is important is that the writer (i.e. Shaykh Abdulhamīd) has been granted success in that which I see in this research which he criticizes those who confine the Names of Allāh to ninety nine (names), may Allāh reward him with good and bless him and increase the likes of him!!!”

Also, Shaykh Yahyā Al-Hajūrī, may Allāh preserve him, praised Shaykh Abdulhamīd and mentioned in the book entitled “At-Tabaqāt” page 48, Dārul Āthār:

“he is firm, he has memorized the Qur’ān and Saheeh Muslim, he is a strong researcher, he has (written the following books) “Fat-hul Manān fis Sahīh Al Musnad Min Ahādīthil Īmān”, “Al Bayānul Husnā Limā Ahyāhu Ash-Shaykh Muqbil Minas Sunnan” and he cooperated in the checking of one volume from Muhallā of Ibn Hazm!”

And Shaykh Tāriq Al Ba’dānī said in his book Ar-Radd Ash-Shar’ī in regards to him (83):

“And he is from the mashāyekh of the institute and he is from the teachers, he has beneficial writings, and defense of the Sunnah and its people.”

His checkings may Allāh grant him success:

الحمد لله وبعد هذه بعض أسباب الثبات على الدين القويم والصراط المستقيم:

All praises are due to Allaah, as to what follows, these are some of the reasons for steadfastness upon the Correct Religion and the Straight Path:

1_ تعلم الكتاب والسنة

1. Learning The Book[The Qur’aan] and The Sunnah.

2- لزوم منهج السلف الصالح

2. Adherence to the methodology of the Righteous Predecessors.

3- دعاء الله عزوجل

3. Making Supplication to Allaah The Mighty and Majestic.

4- قراءة قصص الأنبياء والصالحين

4. Reading the stories of the prophets and the righteous people.

5- الاستقامة ظاهرا وباطنا

5. Righteousness in the open and in secret [lives].

6- مجالسة الصالحين

6. Sitting with the Righteous [people].

7- التوبة والإستغفار

7. Repentance [to Allaah] and seeking forgiveness [from Allaah]
8- الصبر

8. Patience.
9- إيثار الآخرة

9. Preferring the life after death

11- نصر دين الله

11. Assisting (in the cause) of the Deen of Allaah.

12- معرفة طرق الضلال لتُحذر.

12. Being aware of the paths of misguidance to be cautious [of it and staying away from it]

‏13- الشجاعة في الحق

13. Bravery in [upholding] the truth.

14- تعظيم الحق.

14. Glorifying the Truth.

15- الحرص على إتباع الحق

15. Aspiration and adherence upon following up the Truth.

16- الصدع بالحق

16. To openly speak the Truth.

17- الزهد مما في أيدي الناس

17. Abstinence from what the people have or possess [of dunya].

18- الرجوع إلى أهل العلم فيما يشكل

18. Returning to the people of knowledge in what is ambiguous.

19- البعد عن الفتن والاستعاذة منها

19. Being far from fitnah [trials, and that which leads to differences among the Muslims] and seeking refuge in Allaah from it.

20- النصح والتواصي به

20. Advicing and enjoining one another by it [what preceeded in the last point]
21- الرفق بالنفس والغير

21. Being careful and gentle with oneself and others.

22- البعد عن أهل البدع والضلال.

22. Distancing oneself from the people of innovation and misguidance.

وغير ذلك مما جعله الله تعالى أسبابا شرعية في الكتاب والسنة وقدرية تؤخذ بالتجربة وملاك ما تقدم الأخذ بسير النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في العقائد والعبادات والمعاملات

And other things that Allaah The Most High has made a legislated reason in the Qur’aan and Sunnah and other determining factors taken from experience and fundamental factors acquired from what has preceeded of taking from the prophet’s صلى الله عليه وسلم biography in Creed, worship and dealings[with the people].

*‏بعض أسباب ‎الردة عن دين الإسلام: *

*Some of the reasons for apostasy from the religion of Al-Islaam.*

1- الجهل بدين الله عز وجل.

  1. Ignorance about the religion of Allaah The Mighty and Majestic.

2-الرغبة في الدنيا.

  1. Interest in conveting the life of this ephemeral world.

3-الميل إلى الشهوات.

  1. Tilting to base [unlawful] desires.

4-كثرة الشبهات.

  1. Having a lot of doubts [about the Deen of Al-Islaam].

5-مجالسة الكافرين والمرتدين.

  1. Sitting [often] with the non-Muslims and the apostates.

6-ضعف العقيدة الصحيحة لدى المرتد.

  1. Weakness in the authentic Creed possessed by the apostate.

7-الميل إلى الانحلال الخلقي.

  1. Tilting towards moral degradation.

8-عدم إقامة حد الردة

  1. Absence of the establishment of the capital punishment for the apostate.

9-ضعف المسلمين

  1. The weakness of the Muslims.

10-السكنى في بلاد الكفار.

  1. Residing in the non-Muslims lands.

‏11-‎المنظمات التبشيرية.

  1. Evangelical [Christian] organizational works.

12-سكوت بعض أهل العلم.

  1. Silence from some of the people of knowledge.

13-علماء السوء كالداعين إلى وحدة الأديان

  1. Evil scholars like the callers to the unification of all religions. (those who claim that Islaam, Christianity, Judaism… are the same)

14_ عدم سؤال الهداية

  1. Absence of question of guidance.

15-القراءة في كتب الملاحدة وغيرهم

  1. Reading from the books of atheist and others like them.

16-الطمع في المال والجاه

  1. Greed for wealth and high position.

17-ربط ضعف المسلمين بالإسلام

  1. Attaching the weakness of Muslims to [the practice] Al-Islaam.

18- البيئة المحيطة بالمرتد

  1. Enabling environment surrounding the apostate.

19-إهمال تعليم النشء العقيدة

  1. Negligence in teaching the youths the correct creed.

20-الاستهزاء بالدين

  1. Mockery of the Deen of Al-Islaam.

21-عدم ضبط المصطلحات كقولهم لليهود والنصارى أديان سماوية مع أنها محرفة.

  1. Absence of [the usage of] precise terminologies like their saying to the Jews and Christians that their religion is divine or heavenly even though their religion is distorted.

22-الدعوة إلى ‎الحرية المطلقة الفردية.

  1. The da’wah [calling] to individual absolute freedom.

23-انتشار ‎الديمقراطية و ‎العلمانية.

  1. Propagation of democracy and secularism.

24-إساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل.

  1. Misuse and Misapplication of the (modern) means of communications.

25-ثورة الإنترنت والقنوات الفضائية.

  1. Internet and satellite television revolutions.

26-مكر الكفار المتمثل في ‎الماسونية

  1. Plots of the non-Muslims representatives in freemasonry.

27-ضعف الولاء والبراء.

  1. Weak loyalty and friendship [to the Muslims] and weak disavowment and enmity [to the non-Muslims].
