A chain of Islaamic Verdicts posed to (our Noble Shaik, Abu Muhammad , Abdul Al-Hameed Al-Hujooree, Az-Za’karee, May Allah the Most High Perserve him.
On the day of the 21 in the month of Rajab in the year 1441 Hijriyyah.

ماهي الأذكار الثابتة عقب الصلوات؟

Question #7
“What are those established Ath-Kaar ( remembrances ) that are said after the prayers (i.e. the obligatory prayers).
📩الجــــواب:
🌷التكبير لحديث بن عباس رضي الله عنه في الصحيحين ” كُنَّا نَعْرِفُ انْقِضَاءَ صَلَاةِ رَسولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ بالتَّكْبِيرِ “.

Reply of our Shaik, Abdul Hameed,
(Firstly, ) saying Allahu Akbaar ( Allah is the greatest), based upon the hadeeth of Ibn Abbaas may Allah be pleased with him collected by Bukhaaree and Muslim
“We used know that the Prayer of the Messenger of Allah was finished by the Takbeer ( i.e. The saying Allah is the Greatest).
🌷الاستغفار كما في حديث ثوبان رضي الله عنه في مسلم ” أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ السَّلَامُ وَمِنْكَ السَّلَامُ، تَبَارَكْتَ ذَا الجَلَالِ وَالإِكْرَامِ”.
(Also) the Shaik added,
Seeking forgiveness as it comes in the hadeeth of Thawbaan may Allah be pleased with him, collected by Imaam Muslim
” I seek forgiveness of Allah, i seek forgiveness of Allah, i seek forgiveness of Allah (three times) Oh Allah you are As-Salaam ( i.e. Peace , the bestower of Peace), from you comes peace, You are blessed , the possessor of Nobility and Honor.”
🌷التهليل كما حديث المغيرة رضي الله عنه في الصحيح ” لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ، اللَّهُمَّ لا مَانِعَ لِما أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِما مَنَعْتَ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الجَدِّ مِنْكَ الجَدُّ “.
(Also) Our Shaik adds,
At-Tahleel (Saying There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah).
As it comes in the hadeeth of Al-Mugheerah May Allah be pleased with him,
“There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having any partners. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs All Praise and He is over all things All Able. Oh Allah, there is none that can prevent that which You give and there is none that can give that which You prevent and the wealth, riches and property will not protect the one who owns such things from You (i.e. against Allah’s punishment).”
🌷التهليل كما في حديث عبدالله بن الزبير رضي الله عنه في صحيح مسلم ” لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ، لا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إلَّا باللَّهِ، لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ، وَلَا نَعْبُدُ إلَّا إيَّاهُ، له النِّعْمَةُ وَلَهُ الفَضْلُ، وَلَهُ الثَّنَاءُ الحَسَنُ، لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ مُخْلِصِينَ له الدِّينَ ولو كَرِهَ الكَافِرُونَ “.
He further adds,
“At-Tahleel (Saying there is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah), as it comes in the hadeeth of Abdullah ibn Zubair , May Allah be pleased with him collected by Imaam Muslim
“None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having partners ,to Him belongs the Dominion and to Him belongs All Praise. And He is over all things All Able. There is no strength nor might except with Allah, There is none that has the right to be worshipped except Allah. We do not worship (anyone nor anything) besides Him (i.e. Allah). To Him belongs Blessing and to Him belongs Bounty, And to Him is Good Rendering / and Praise. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, making

the religion exclusively , solely for Allah even though the disbelievers hate it.”
🌷ثم التسبيح ثلاثاً وثلاثين والتحميد ثلاثاً وثلاثين والتكبير ثلاثاً وثلاثين ثم يقول تَمامَ المِئَةِ: لا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وحْدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ له، له المُلْكُ وله الحَمْدُ وهو علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ لحديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه في مسلم وجاء غير ذلك.
Our Shaik further adds,
Then the saying, ‘ Subhaanaa Allah’ ( Glorified is Allah) 33 times saying, ‘Al-Hamdulillah ‘ ( All Praise belongs to Allah) 33 times and the saying, ‘ Allahu Akbar’ ( Allah is the greatest ) then to say completing 100 , ‘None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, who is alone without having any partners. To Him belongs the Dominion and to Him belongs All Praise and He is over all things All Able.”
As it comes in the hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah May Allah be pleased with him ,collected by Imaam Muslim.
And there are other Ath-kaar besides these.
